Pride would not be possible without you, our dedicated, generous, and passionate volunteers. Our On-The-Day volunteers support in a variety of roles like Parade Stewards, Flag Bearers, Creative and Decor Champions, Fundraisers and many more, and all of you will play an important role in helping make Newcastle Pride 2026 a success.

By volunteering with Newcastle Pride, you’ll be helping to spread messages around LGBTQIA+ equality, activism, unity, and human rights. You’ll get to participate in an LGBTQIA+ Pride celebration, and, if that wasn’t exciting enough, you’ll get to do all of that while making friends and connections in the community. How Canny is that!
